Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had a very good outdoor patio set that I bought about 16 years ago. Last year, the upholstery finally gave out. I spent quite a bit of time looking for someone to refurbish the chairs and ottoman. I finally settled on Sophia at Windsor Custom Upholstery and am delighted with that decision. She did an outstanding job at what I consider a very fair price in a very reasonable time frame. She also kept in constant communication which I greatly appreciated. The chairs look as good as they did when I bought them. Thank you Sophia for your fantastic work and thank you for advising me not to chuck the chairs. I would have no hesitation in giving you more business or referring others to you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had our chair seat base covers repaired by Sophia at Windsor Custom. On top of that, we were advised to replace the foam as well. Sophia is a true top-class professional, and her recommendation made a significant difference. The final results exceeded our expectations—the quality of the workmanship was excellent, and we were very impressed with both the service and the finished product. Highly recommended. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had 6 patio chair slings and 1 ottoman sling replaced by Windsor Custom. I must say what a great experience it was to have met the owner. She is an amazing person to deal with! From the onset of our discussions regarding replacing my chair slings I could tell she was passionate about her work. I appreciated that she was prompt in responding to my messages. The quality of her workmanship is top notch and I don’t believe that you will find a better price. My patio chairs look brand new! Highly recommend Windsor Custom!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sophia at Windsor Custom did a remarkable job reupholstering our two vintage 1960's R Hubard teak chairs and ottoman. These chairs were in desperate need of TLC and Sophia problem solved to get them looking and feeling gorgeous for us! We are very happy and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.
